The Hyperdrive Solutions Ltd hyperCM engine can be customised to capture your change management needs. It uses
Microsoft's .NET architecture and SQL Server 2000 and is a ready made custom engine that can be integrated with
existing systems. It uses a browser front end via a website and so no individual client downloads are required
reducing maintenance costs significantly. This application theme can be aligned to the customer's own branding.
There are options to integrate the change management application with Microsoft SharePoint if required which may
make collaboration of data more accessible for the company for instance.
One of the best features of this application is the ability of the user to custom design the series of questions
proposed for a change management project itself. Rather than the mundane sequential set of questions offered by
applications in the market, Hyperdrive Solution's hyperCM engine allows the user to customise his question pack in
such a way as to allow question workflow depending on user input. For instance, if the answer to a change management
question makes the following 10 questions obsolete, then the hyperCM engine will simply jump to the next relevant question.
In some cases it can send an email to alert an expert group for instance on a controversial question or may simply
jump to another question pack (questions are organised into question packs for easy management).
Security and auditing are major features in this application and can be used to trace and audit any commercially sensitive
change management operations that will satisfy any quality systems. Reports are available in PDF formats to avoid any
deliberate changes to the content.
The hyperCM engine is available through a licensing system to help maintain and control the costs of your software assets.
