| Project Requirements |
| BP had many spreadsheets containing many engineering and process calculations,
some of which were now mission critical and used by many engineers. As a result
of this, there were several versions of these spreadsheets with different
variants of calculations. BP wanted to standardise these and make them
accessible with full version control. |
| Solution |
| Hyperdrive Solutions gathered these spreadsheets and created a series of
compiled calculation DLLs. These could then be used by any user interface, such
as a web browser or even Excel for customisation, but the calculations could be
controlled and versioned. Hyperdrive Solutions created a web application on the
team website so all the engineers could use the toolkit on the global BP
intranet. |
