| BP required their hand written sample logging and testing system to be intranet based to
ensure the data was secured and to raise awareness of the group’s activities
for their customers, such as the Formula One Jaguar Team. Originally, the fuels
data was recorded in large paper files so simple tasks such as searching and data collaboration were
fairly labour intensive. |
| Solution |
| Hyperdrive Solutions Ltd created a secure intranet based system that would enable
business users to enter the data securely, while auditing all changes.
Customers, on the other hand, could view the status of their samples or receive
emails when completed. The application was so successful that it became the
platform for all analytical work amongst several groups, cumulating in a large
workflow platform for many members of the worldwide team.
